Looking ahead, we are excited about upcoming projects in both the Pilbara and Metro areas. One key initiative is our collaboration with MRWA (Main Roads Western Australia) on a nightshift campaign that will incorporate an innovative new binder called BioBinder.
What Are BioBinders?
BioBinders represent the future of sustainable bitumen supply. They consist of approximately 15% bio-oil, offering properties similar to traditional refined bitumen. This innovative material provides several key benefits:
- Sustainability: BioBinders reduce reliance on crude oil-derived bitumen, making them an environmentally friendly alternative.
- Lower Carbon Emissions: By integrating bio-oil, BioBinders contribute to a significant reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.
